proxy type works best with cloud phones?

i'm setting up a few cloud phones for social media I handled and trying to figure out what proxy type makes the most sense. I've seen people use residential and mobile proxies but i'm not sure if one is actually better for this use case. Mainly looking at stability and consistent speeds, not really trying to find a specific provider. What are you guys using with cloud phones?

Are cloud phones really worth it for multiple accounts?

I've been looking into different ways to manage multiple accounts and keep seeing people recommend completely different setups. Some stick with browser profiles and proxies, while others say using a cloud phone is better if you're mostly working from mobile apps. Has anyone here actually switched to a cloud phone? Did it make any noticeable difference, or was it pretty much the same? I'm not managing a huge number of accounts, so I'm wondering if it's only worth it once you're dealing with a lot of them.

Would like to hear some real experiences before spending time setting one up.

Do you use one device for all client IG accounts?

I’m handling a few Instagram accounts and I’m not sure if keeping them all on one device is a good idea. I’m worried that if one account gets a problem, the others might also be affected.

Right now I’m trying separate cloud phone profiles together with normal scheduling tools. For people managing multiple client accounts, do you use one phone, separate devices, browser profiles, or cloud phones? Also, how do you keep the logins and client details separated?

What setup works best for you?

How I keep my work accounts separate from my personal stuff

I manage a bunch of social accounts for different projects, and one thing I learned is you really need to separate personal stuff from work stuff. Before, I was logging in from the same phone, same browser, same emails, and it got messy fast. Personal notifications, saved passwords, contacts, and work accounts all started mixing together so I started looking more into cloud phone setups for the mobile side.

The main reason is each account can stay in its own phone environment, with its own apps, login history, settings, and workflow. My setup is pretty simple now: one account or project per environment, separate emails, separate notes, and no personal number/address unless really needed. Cloud phones don’t fix bad organization, but if you name profiles clearly and don’t login randomly from everywhere, it makes managing mobile accounts way cleaner
