I started noticing today that Gemini appears in Google Messages... But I have trouble replicating the image. Sometimes it shows a GPS or the Google Messages logo on the bottom right.
EDIT :I have gemini disabled in the app itself.
Seems like this week I've been seeing a lot of my friends showing me their messages are not pushing through. I've had one friend specifically not even giving me the RCS prompt before messaging them. I'm on ONE UI 9 Galaxy S26+.
PS I'm aware someone posted this issue on here already but just spreading more awareness in hope for a fix.
This small tidbit is what made me ask:
"Another standout feature of UP 3.1 is the upgrade to audio messaging capabilities. The release introduces support for the xHE-AAC audio codec."
Does this imply that sending this file on iOS 27, whether it works or doesn't, is the best indicator?
I wonder if there's a chance down the line where they frankenstein the entire series into one game.
