Hi everyone ! I am 11 weeks and 4 days and had an OB appointment today and she couldn’t find a heartbeat on the Doppler. I am wondering if anyone had similar experiences? I am trying not to panic, but I had a missed miscarriage prior to this pregnancy around this time so it’s extremely hard not to.

So my due date was originally March 1 based off my last period so I should’ve been 10 weeks and 2 days. Today I had my ultrasound and had a 170 heart beat but I’m 9 weeks and 5 days. Is this normal? Should I be concerned ? Haven’t had my dr call me with results yet.

My hcg level is 77000 at 8 weeks. My first pregnancy ended in a loss at 11 weeks. My hcg level at 8 weeks the first time was 37000 I’m just trying not to overthink it and I keep reading different things. Is 77,000 a good number ?
