Selling truck without title
Trying to sell my 09 sierra.
Issue is my friend signed for me to get it out of the lot. Now it’s paid and they lost title.
How can I still sell?
They just ordered a new one but afraid I can’t wait to sell since I’m off to another state in a couple weeks and really need the money.
Already received multiple offers but not sure what to do.
Also just smogged the truck about 2 weeks ago. So it’s ready to go.
