Girls, I was just sitting here listening to a Morphine song (something kind of jazzy, I love this band) and, ironically, it reminded me of my "Big," a romance I lived through a few years ago.

I'm not talking about the love of my life or someone I was meant to end up with forever. I mean that person I was once completely, hopelessly in love with... and honestly, I don't even know if I was in love solely with him as a person. It was him and everything surrounding him. He was an entire atmosphere.

He was the kind of person who awakened this exciting restlessness in me, someone who, in a way, drove me a little insane. When we were together, he made me feel loved, seen, and deeply desired. But when we were apart, he was somehow distant. And weirdly enough, I almost loved that distance because it fueled this romantic drama inside me that felt like heaven and hell at the same time.

Tell me about someone who stirred that same longing, anguish, passion, and love in you. I want to hear about the person who became your Big. 🖤

I have a very vague memory of a movie I watched as a child. There was a guy who came from a trailer park, and at some point, he jumped off a cliff into water. Or someone shot him? Yeah, I guess someone shot him... That’s the only scene I remember (and very faintly), along with a woman (I think his girlfriend) looking heartbroken because she couldn’t get there in time to help. A beautiful song was playing, I remember violins, which made me cry. If I recall correctly, the guy was white, had dark hair, and wore a white T-shirt and jeans... I don’t remember if he had tattoos. I’m not sure if he was some kind of criminal or running from something... Anyway, this is the only fragment of memory I have, and I’d love help finding it. Oh, I might be wrong, but I have a feeling there was some Spanish element in the story. Thank you
