I always remember my dad in 90's wearing some Casio or Seiko watch all the time. He would buy a watch and just wear it all day. When he is working in office in suite, when is is building concrete foundation in summer house and when he is on the boat. Always the same watch, always looking good.
When he'd destroyed it in some way, just went to buy a new one for next ten years.
I found this Casio in drawer without bracelet, probably still working, just need new battery. I looked and it costs now around 40 euros.
