How reliable are these tests? Context below

Sharp chest pains left shoulder pain and excess burping these are my main symptoms.

Echo scan 2024 Borderline enlarged ventricles everything else normal
Holter monitor 2024 & 2025 only finding Sinus Bradycardia
2026 Chest X-rays all fine
Treadmill stress test all fine 5 weeks ago
CT Calicum Scan - Score 0 (Didn’t have the contrast as when they attempted my vein collapsed in my arm)

Cardiologist has now discharged me and said my heart is healthy but I keep having these pains sometimes I’m just sat still and get sharp pain in my chest near my heart I also get a strong heart beat when walking stairs sometimes and keep getting pain in my left shoulder down my arm.

Family history dad had SCAD in his 50s and cardiac arrest at 60 his background was bodybuilding and anabolic steroids he now has an ICD.

I’m just lost for answers to what’s wrong with me.

Could any recommend what they would do?

I’m 6 foot 110kg Male 30 years old

Over the last 6 months I’ve had chest pain and all
Other strange symptoms that have landed me in A&E (UK ER) a few times had chest X-ray ecg and bloods all clear.
Cardiologist referral which they did treadmill stress test all fine and a calcium score test which was 0 this was 4 weeks ago.

A year ago I had holter monitor which showed sinus Bradycardia and Echo scan which showed borderline enlarged ventricles these tests were ordered due to family history.

Over the last few days I’ve had a pain in the left side of my chest that’s like sharp and comes and goes in waves. Seems worse with movement? My anxiety is telling me it’s something bad but I just don’t want another wasted trip to A&E.

Has anyone got any advice or ever been through something similar?

Thanks for your time.

Thinking of going from Apple Watch Ultra to garmin.

Hi Guys,

Can someone please put my mind at ease?

Hi everyone,

Long story cut short in December my dad had a cardiac arrest in front of me luckily we got him to A&E when it just happened in the waiting area and they brought him back and he now has an ICD fitted.

3 weeks later in January I had what the hospital called a panic attack since then my heads just been messed up about the fear of my heart!

I’m 30 2 kids and this has impacted me a lot. This morning my heart was racing I did and ECG on my Apple Watch then submitted it on Qaly and it said this. I did the ecg standing, also I had a few beers last night so felt anxious waking already.

Over the last year I’ve had a 24 hour holter monitor which was fine just showed sinus bradycardia my RHR drops to like 35 sleeping. I’ve had an ECHO scan which was fine and just showed borderline enlarged ventricles? I’ve had the 12 lead ecgs a few times which show Incomplete RBBB. Had a treadmill stress test two weeks ago and the Cardioligst sent me a letter saying I have an excellent level of fitness even though I’m over weight.

Am I going crazy? I do get pains in my chest like sharp stabbing that comes and goes.

I’m now debating going to hospital because of this ECG reading.

Thanks for reading even though I sound crazy. Life was fine before I saw my dad go into cardiac arrest
