My apartment only allows a single parking slot and I am looking for a safe covered place for parking when I have visitors. Is there any recommended paid parking spots? Specially in Colombo 7 area

Is there a reliable place where I can park a vehicle over night? It has to be a covered building. And should allow long term for my second vehicle and short term for guest vehicles
