I watched the fallout 3 gameplay on my phone for years, I've always wanted to get a PC, now that I have one, I can finally play it, and I had such a blast, the story is great, quests are awesome, and the atmosphere is incredible, it makes fallout 3 dark and gritty, and overall, the game is very great.

And now, for the mods. I always wanted to play modded fallout 3, but I don't know what mod to start with, can anyone recommend me great mods for fallout 3? I'd really appreciate the answers, thank you.

Is the Van Geet opening bad?

Is it normal? I was playing someone who was 193, I checked their account and on ly one game and they just began this day. I lost but then he got +114 elo, making his rating go up to 310, is that jump normal? For me, it's unfair, but that's just me.
