Is PH the most important thing when canning salsa?

So for instance if i make a salsa recipe with cherry tomatoes and test the acidity after its cooked. Does that make it safe to can as long as the acidity is correct? Is that possible? I intend to follow a recipe but i have mixed my cherry and regular tomatoes together so im not sure the acidity will be correct off gate. So if i test the ph after cooking and it stands correctly i should be safe to can it right? And if its not can i add something to make it more acidic or does that make it unsafe?

Frozen tomatoes in salsa?

I was wanting to use the ball zesty salsa recipe for my frozen tomatoes but the regular canning site everyone cried about safety. They said it changes the density of the tomatoes so its not safe? But when pressed everything i found said it would be poor quality but not unsafe.

So what do you guys think can i use frozen tomatoes in salsa for canning ?

The recipe also adds cider vinegar 5%

I feel i have done it before but cant remember.

Error 26?

My s9+ has been giving me error 26 ever 2 to 3 minutes for a year. I switch the filter clean the bin everything and nothing fixes it. I just replaced the battery as the battery had completely died. Wouldnt charge at all. Still error 26 ever few minutes. I took the blower motor out and it looked fine but im wondering if its burned out and i just cant see it? The motor seemed to spin fine by hand but maybe the elctronics are burned out?

Does anyone know if changing the blower motor should fix this? Its well out of warranty so i dont mind fixing it myself. I took it completely apart when i changed the battery and cleaned everything i could access but still error 26 persists.

Glass oil lamp crack

I recently cleaned this oil lamp which had coal oil in it and was rewicking it when i noticed this. It appears to be a hairline crack with some chips out of the top but the chips do not go all the way through. It holds oil without leaking but im curious. Could i use clear shellac to seal this crack so the lamp is usable or is it destined to be decoration now?

Just fyi the picture makes it look more visible than it is. I didnt even notice it until my finger caught on one of the small chips.

So i have blue girl roses that i bought last year. I was not aware at the time they were grafted and as such did not bury the entire "root" (i thought i did but all my suckers are easy to access from above ground). Would it be helpful to bury the lower portion in dirt or mulch to block the sunlight from getting to the grafted roots. They are doing quite well so i dont want to uproot them but the dr huey root is strong and produces suckers like crazy because its getting sunlight. Any ideas on a way to stop this without digging them up?
