I am trying to make a relaxaxion oscillator based on a PUT (Programmable Unijunction Transistor).

While the circuit works well in simulation, I can't see any sawtooth with the breadboard. I swapped the PUT and the opamp with new ones, without success. I measure 5.5v at the output.
