What is this lump that suddenly appeared on my lower lip?
It appeared all of a sudden and it isn’t painful.

Hello, I’m writing again about my 5-year-old son, who has no medical history. He is 110 cm tall and weighs 19 kg.
He has a wound that he scratched and that became infected.
He was put on amoxicillin with dressings that need to be changed every day in order to keep the wound in a moist environment.
This morning when removing the dressing, the red area had not spread, but it seems to be oozing even more. (Photo)

Is it starting to become necrotic? Or is the moist appearance due to the dressing keeping the wound moist as intended?
Otherwise, he is in much less pain than yesterday and is full of energy.
I’m extremely worried.

Bonjour, je vous réécris au sujet de mon fils, sans antécédents, âgé de 5 ans.
Il a une plaie qu’il a gratté et qui s’est infecté.
On l’a mis sous amoxiciline avec des pansements à remplacer tous les jours afin que ça reste en milieu humide.
Ce matin en enlevant le pansement, la surface rouge ne s’est pas agrandie mais ça a l’air de suinter encore plus.
Les deux premières photos sont prises ce matin, les deux autres hier.
Est-ce entrain de se nécroser ? Ou ce côté humide est du au pansement qui a justement gardé la plaie humide.
Il a beaucoup moins mal qu’hier sinon et est en pleine forme.
Je suis super inquiet.

Mon fils âge de 5 ans s’est fait mal au skate à la cheville. Il a gratté la croûte et voici le résultat (photo) Ce matin il me dit qu’il a mal quand j’appuie à côté de la plaie. Pas de fièvre, il ne boite pas mais j’ai peur que ce soit infecté.
Me conseillez-vous de foncer d’urgence chez le médecin ?
Pour le moment je désinfecte et laisse a l’air libre.
