I just received this email and I am not longer able to access any Claude services. The weird thing is that I have no idea on how they jumped to that conclusion and they aren't even giving me the link inside the email to appeal this case.

I accidentally dropped my printer and wanted to see if something broke on the inside. How do I remove this back panel? I removed two screws on their side and two on the other but it won't open.

I dropped my kobra 2 on the floor. Sadly I don't know the name of the part but it's the x axis end of the belt. What should I search up or could you please provide links to this part?
