2010 Silverado 1500 converted into a flatbed. Bought these lights- https://a.co/d/0cifaAwV

There's 5 wires on the back of the light. There are 4 in my wiring harness for the taillights. (See picture)

How do I make this work ?

If not, reccomended lights ?

Kind of embarrassed considering I work restoring old cars but I don't do the wiring. I can obviously figure out what the 4 wires in my harness do but I just dont know how to get these things to work. Dont want to mess up the wires and not be able to return them.

Have the back off right now. Can grab my voltmeter tomorrow from work if needed. In laws bought a replacement. Dropped this off to me. They say it has 2 black spots (not dead you can see through it) near the bottom. After 20-40 minutes of use a 3rd one starts to appear and the screen shuts off but the sound keeps playing. They let it sit 20-30 minutes, rinse and repeat. I think its probably just a backlight issue but I want to be sure. Any tips before I get any deeper ?
