Evil granddaughter has the Ubereats login info for friend of mine, support wont help, HELPPP
So this old dude that spends the night at the same donut place overnight as I do asked me if I we could do ubereats deliveries together seeing as we were both homeless, and he is wheelchair bound as he lost his right leg from the thigh down a few yrs ago. Long story short, his granddaughter stole the gofundme money from a fundraiser for him, and since she used to help him do ubereats and doordash deliveries, she has control of the emails that went with the accounts. This was about a year and a half ago.
I agreed to help him out to get his accounts back, but when I called ubereats support, they said you needed to know the email for the account to even continue with support, when I tried to explain why that wasnt possible, the agent just said that she cant do anything without the previous email. I tried to explain the circumstances of why he cant but the slave labor that they call customer support will get whipped if they deviate from rigid protocol, and again got the standard response "its out of my hands".
Can anyone please recommend something so I can help this dude recover his account? And we can both make some money seeing as were both homelss?
