Disc rot or salvageable?

recently got a lot of some loose games that were stored in one of those fabric cd holders, and a good amount of discs have this spotty cloudy appearance. i would assume it’s disc rot, but ive seen worst photos online of what qualifies as disc rot. i tested a game that looked similar to the disc i photo’d, and it worked fine without any issues. i tried wiping it with a cloth but the cloudiness seems to stay.

are these salvageable? should i try resurfacing them? or is it just cooked at this point. other discs had varying levels of this, this being the worst, thanks

Located in socal surprisingly. Looks like some stuff has been picked through, wish i got legends arceus or switch 2 TOK if they had it. Picked up stuff i’d play though. Anything else i should’ve got? Almost regret not getting galaxies and kirby forgotten land. Funnily enough, animal crossing for the switch 2 was $5 cheaper than the switch 1
