Am i able to be rehired if i was just having attendance issues during my 14 weeks training?

Bronze 2 btw. Rotating to station and we ran into a team wiped them and proceeded to get pushed by another team. Teammate popped recon ult and we see that there’s 4 people with purple shields not shooting each other. We assumed they were just coincidentally not shooting each other but no both my teammates got pushed by all 4 and i was the last one alive and proceeded to get pushed by all 4 after. Fuck this game
