I've seen a small bit of information about the CFB Comox air show on May 23rd but tried looking up more info and don't see much of anything.
Can anyone please confirm if this is going on and where can i find the details?

Just got into running and tried the GU Blackberry flavour and my girlfriend described it best - tastes like flavoured molasses. 🤢
Any recommendations for your favourite flavours and brands? Just starting light right now but want to build up into 5ks - marathons so want to start incorporating gels early so my stomach is used to them.

Haven't been to either island and thinking of going next Tuesday.
We really enjoy Salt Spring but want to try something new. Ideally has a coffee shop/bakery, a place to get lunch to go and a good park or beach to bring dogs to.
