What do I do to help my hair besides conditioning masks or olaplex?

I got two boxes of the new clairol colors trough with AHA Bonding in Sunset Rose 8.63 (Coral Sands). I did everything as I should, test strands, allergy test, etc. Did roots first then rest of hair. Used two boxes because my hair is super long, past my booty.

Result: I have yellow roots and okay looking lengths. However my hair is gummy almost when wet. And super super dry and damaged feeling when dry.

A week later I showered and shampooed/deep conditioned and CLUMPS of hair were coming out. I lost a lot of length and a lot of hair. Idk what happened. You can see a LOT of my length is just GONE in the one Pic. Im literally devastated!!

Ive been deep condition and added a growth mask but my hair is super damaged and weird. And to top it all off its now faded into a yellow!! WTF?!?

Its been over a month and I was thinking of moaning it with a Wella toner in the T18-ish level. Dont know what to do.

I also called the company and discussed what to do with the rep and they just sent me coupons for the two boxes. Rep gave no suggestions.

I got a stray hair tamer and its cloudy, looks weird, is this what its supposed to look like? The i google it shows it as completely crystal clear. Its the A+ Hair Tamer Finishing Wand in Vanilla. Used a black background so you could really see it.

This might get a little confusing - I'm confused. Lol! I got chime a few months ago because a friend of mine had it, and now i have two different cards, the regular debit (white and light green card) and the chime+ card (dark green card). I dont know what the difference is and I use them both to use my account balance at the store POS and at ATMs. I thought they were the same card for the same account.

Wasn't until this morning when I realized something is off. Im waiting for a deposit to come through, my first deposit ever to chime, and last night I found a transaction when i click my avaliable balance on the main screen that says "Card payment from secured account" and under it says $1,117.17 from your secured deposit was applied to your card balance" at 10:42pm as a Transfer. My avaliable balance is still $1.02, the deposit hasnt cleared yet. But what is this?

I didnt see anywhere where I signed up for a secured credit card account over $1000, I dont see any account showing a new avaliable credit of over $1000 and my deposit is nowhere to be found.

After clicking around in my chime app I found that somehow I owe a balance of 364.14? For "your cards secured account" with the amount $365.16 under it. But then in the Chime card payment screen it says i have no payments, no balance, and safe credit building auto-pay is disabled.

I never signed anything anywhere on chime where I agreed to over $1000 to be taken to be put into a non-existent account i dont have access too. What is this and what are the steps I need to take to get my money back, if its even gone? My avaliable balance on the main screen is still $1.02.

I dont know what to do, I dont know what steps to take. Im so confused. Hopefully someone can help me figure out what this all is. Thanks in advance everyone!!
