Has anyone heard from the TDEM about the CLO positions in Gregg county or dallam county? When should they post the results of the interviews?

Looking at getting my doctorate from Walden university in public safety and leadership. Does anyone know if there is a doctorate in emergency management? What would yall recommend?

Hey guys I have an interview August 10th for TDEM. It would be for a county liason officer position, back ground is 9 years military with my masters degree in organizational leadership and my bachelors degree in political science. Can yall give me any insight to what to prepare for with this interview? I really want a position with TDEM. They represent Texas very well. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Long story short, I was active duty navy from 2018-2022. I had an isolated incident where I had a big panic attack. I was sent to the ER and prescribed some medication for the pain. Will the coast guard let me go active duty 4 years later? I’m considering OCS but if the pathway is enlisted so be it. I just finished my masters and would love to serve again.

I just bought the pipefitters little blue book by W.V Graves. Is that a good buy as an apprentice? What else should I buy before starting the classes

Is there a dress code for working on a job site? What would y’all recommend I invest money into when it comes to clothing?

Hey guys, I put in a claim for G.A.D/depression/PTSD, January 28th of this year. I was denied PTSD but the other one was deferred to QTC. Found out this last week they finished the medical record review and no further action is needed. With that being said, how long do I have to wait to see my rating? I am aiming for 70% with what I said and the meds I take. But I wouldn’t be surprised for 50%. Thoughts?

For the afternoon ceremony, will there be a chance to get your honor placed on your gown before the ceremony starts? I have to be there at 1pm for a 2:30 start time for the ceremony starting. And help is appreciated
