hii!! my daddy bought me this stuffed teddy plushie whos sleeping on a cute lil pillow, when i was little. i genuinely dont know what brand it is, where its from, or if they even still make them anymore..

I was wondering if anyone has EVER seen or has this exact plush or anything similar... maybe online, an old store, eBay, childhood memory, literally anything

ive attached photos of the old buddy

btw i added the pink blush by myself

Is finding a good co-founder harder than building the startup itself?

I want to know how founders actually find the right co-founder..

Like someone with complementary skills, shared ambition, and long-term alignment.. and not just someone who can code or a friend who’s available

im more into product thinking, concept, ux/user psychology, branding, growth, and vision but i know building something serious also needs technical execution, systems thinking, operations, etc..tho im stepping into techincal side to learn, as to understand and communicate better with the buddy..

the problem is.. most people either want instant startup success, they disappear after a week or everyone has the exact same skillset

I want to know:

  1. Where do you realistically meet strong co-founders?
  2. How do you test compatibility for both of you before committing?
  3. Have any of you actually found a great co-founder online?

would genuinely love honest experiences/stories and valuable advice..
