hey guys, ive recently brought together a blues band with 6 other people and I’m really confused about the rehearsals and how they’re going to work with it being a larger band. We have a 2 people in the horn section, 4 in the rhythm section, and a harmonica player. If you have any tips please lmk 🙏

in 7th grade i chose my name (Miles) semi-impulsively which I still go by, and I’m going into my senior year. im starting to genuinely feel a disconnect because to me it’s just such a clockable name, even though it’s generally not one of the “stereotypical” trans man names. I can’t imagine being an adult with this name.
genuinely id much rather go by a different name, like Dan or Michael (which I have considered making my legal name when I get the chance, because it’s similar to the one I use now. like my current name is a nickname of Michael.. which wouldn’t make sense but whtv). yes, I also have a list of names id rather go by. everyone calls me this name. family, friends, people at school and outside of school too. it’s changed in my school system to be it.
i feel like it’s too late to change my name now. I wish I did it earlier freshman year when I was considering it. maybe I’ll wait for college.

this is just kind of a general statement celebratory post
I’ve been on t for about a month and a half, and I’ve started to get rough mustache hairs. not sure if I’m supposed to be shaving this often this early on t, but I’ve been shaving my face around once every 2-3 days, whenever i can start feeling hair grow in. im currently just shaving my face until i can start growing actual facial hair, because as ive been told its just not good look to have shitty facial hair

I know that the guys in my family tend to be pretty hairy so I wouldn’t be surprised if more facial hair starts coming in soon!
