As you all know it’s starting to get unbearably hot, do you guys know indoor places I could walk in or at least somewhere that is covered by trees and there is shadow.
Just somewhere that does not feel as hot.
I am finding to feel nothing on wegovy, its week 2 of 0.25, so I moved up to week 3 with 0.5 and I literally eat and go on about my day as if nothing the only thing im suffering with is acid reflux other than that wegovy has done nothing to my body, matter of fact i gained 1kg Is this normal?

Does anyone have recommendations for universities/business schools in Madrid that are actually high quality but don’t cost an absurd amount, cause I also have to the think about the cost of living and its not cheap in Madrid.
