I have been working for this company since 2019 and it is the absolute worst. Just today I've been put on hold for over an hour, hung up on multiple times, a supervisor never ever ever calls you back. I have even been laughed at and ridiculed by these people.

I will never understand why we outsource customer service to a country that openly admit to hating American people.

Does anyone else have this feature? It is Dash 7 days in a row for 2 hours for $100, but no pay out has happened
