Just curious but how long do you think it would take to get a live virtual interview from UA after you submitted your ODVI? I submitted mine ODVI on the 7th so its be 11 days so far. I don't want to go insane by constantly thinking about it, especially since I got a TBNT from Delta due to capacity reasons, but it seems like I've been waiting forever in general.
Ngl i was pretty hopeful to get a F2F because I thought i did really good in the ODVI but I guess it makes me feel better knowing they didn’t move forward because of capacity rather than my skills. Still frustrating tho!

So my question is pretty straightforward as the title stated. But I’ve been thinking about this idea for a bit because what do I have to lose (other than money). I personally think I’ve just have been having bad luck with the job search since graduating despite trying every possible way to be a strong candidate and I’m at a point where I feel like maybe I’m just not doing something right or I’m just not getting “it”. Whatever it is. But I would like some answers and maybe clarity on that. Or is hiring a career coach just a scam?
