He used to live by himself and cut contact with me and had minimal contact with parents. He came back home recently and is in a bad state. He sleeps constantly, does not shower and does not speak. He got angry and hurt himself when my parents tried to talk to him about getting help or going to a doctor. Everything looks bleek. Any thoughts /advice on what can be done. Deeply worried .
