Is this scabs /scrapes from my shoes or is this a tick? I have seen no legs thus far . For context the first picture was when I saw it the third is my other ankle where my shoe wasn’t scrape as bad. The last pics are after I took the scab off.

Asking advice
My gf has a 2022 Honda HRv that’s about 40,000 miles over due for oil change. Car runs and drives just fine it’s a 2022 Honda HRV. It’s got a 1.8 cylinder engine. Pulled out her dipstick and it had sludge on it. Will an oil change help this. What should I have her do?
