Looking for advice on what I should do to my hair to look better. I normally have straight hair and is coming out of its perm at the moment. The perm was back at the beginning of December. I don’t think I’ll be perming again.

Should I keep it at this length or trim it? Style it differently at this length? Should I cut it back to pic 6-7? Yes I know the facial hair is awful in pic 1-4. It’s been shaved :)

Pics 1-4 is as of yesterday. I started wearing it like in pic 1 starting this week.

Pic 5 is what I used to have it by wearing it down in the front.

Pics 6-7 is what I had 4 years ago. Unfortunately these are the only two pics I have for reference from that time.

Give it so me straight doc, I’m not sure if my big ole forehead/hairline will support the buzzed look.

Yes I know the awful facial hair. I normally have it shaved or stubble. It’s getting cleaned up for tomorrow’s first date :)

Edit: if I should, is there specific length for top and sides I should go for?
