Entire face and double chin swollen after hyperdiluted radiesse

I got hyperdiluted radiesse exactly a month ago and this week, my entire face is swollen. It looks like Ive gained baby fat and a double chin is now visible when I didnt have one before. It looks so awful. I contacted the injector and she said radiesse doesn't do this to people. I asked her if it could be an inflammatory response and she said no, radiesse is more similar to your own body than other fillers so that doesnt make sense either.

I am freaking the fuck out. Has this happened to anyone and did it go away? If the injector is refusing to help me, what do I do next?

Im trying to find an OBGYN that doesnt hate women intensely. I have been to a few and every time I'm there, they act like I'm a serious POS for coming in for like 10 min apt. I have an apt set up for Tuesday to have a "consultation" for Nexplanon which I have been using for at least 10 years now that needs to be replaced. Every time I need the replacement, they fight me on it ans tell me to get IUD. Women say it hurts like hell and OBGYNs still tell people theyre lying.

So whose obgyn in SA offered pain management for IUD insertion?
