My bifurcatum is getting these brown vains on its new leaves

Is that normal?

The plant is very actively growing and has already got 3 New leaves since I mounted it and I am watering it once or twice a week when the moss is dry.

My Pinguicula gigantea keeps groing but looses its leaves and has nearly no roots

What is the problem?

Where is the top of this plant?

I would like to mount it

I just unpacked my Wandae and the big leaf looks like it is rotting

Help!
