Anyone switched from Reta to Tirz because of raised RHR?

I’ve been on Reta for 3 weeks now started at 1mg for 2 weeks and moved down to 0.5. My resting heart rate has shot up and even going to the gym has become an issue as I can’t push myself. I’ve lost about 4lb so far but I just feel like the side effect isn’t worth it. I was in the 50s and now on the high 60s. When I work out it can go up to high 170-190. I’m 5ft1 and 59kg try to get to 53kg. I’m thinking of switching to Tirz as Ive read it has less of an effect on rhr. Anyone dealt with anything similar? Or anyone moved to Tirz and preferred it?

Hi, I took my first dose of Reta last week 1mg since then my heart rates gone up and so has my anxiety. I also feel a bit dazed. I knew the increased rhr was a side effect, but I really don’t like the way it makes me feel anxious, so I’m think about moving over to sema. Do you think just switching over after a week will be fine or should I try and persevere with Reta? I started it help with food noise and lose fat.
