I got my first Swiss point dart and swapped out standard flight with a 30mm point. I threw the dart several times and it wobbled every time. Is it best to just leave the points on the dart or swap them out. I’m a newbie so it isn’t a top priority at this point. I’m aware going from 26 to 30 isn’t a big jump and if you extend to a longer point do you need to add length to stems to balance it

I just ordered jonny clayton hiraeth 22g steel tip. I currently using 21g RD Pegasus and 22g RD Pegasus Swiss point. I’ve never thrown a tapered dart, what should I expect? I’m a read gripper and will be holding the hiraeth from the rear grippy section.

I have some Swiss point darts coming and being a newbie I hope I don’t get the itch to swap them out. But knowing me I’m going to have to try it once. I have a Bolide 01 coming with a 26mm point. Should I go up one size to 30 just to try?

Just going with a target brand since Bolide are target darts, any other company I can use

I’ve recently discovered that all the darts that I’m using are too short of a barrel for me and it’s causing out of alignment issues. So what I’m looking for a recommendations of a 52 or so millimeter barrel length preferably straight barrel center balanced with a rear grip area I don’t need a scallop in the rear I like them, but its not a priority. Hoping to keep cost around $100 usd and not purchasing from over seas

I was playing around today and I saw my darts were landing with a left to right tilt, no idea why. Then I started aiming at the treble one and hitting the treble 20, again no idea why.

I don’t have a video of throw, don’t have anyway of recording from behind.

Any assistance would be appreciated

I’ve been holding my dart of choice from the rear of the dart. My dart of choice (no comments) red dragon Pegasus 24g, 6.6mm diameter, using nanotubes a 41 and 48mm shafts with EZ L1 flights.

The dart flies much better holding it in the middle or slightly behind center. I’m looking for recommendations on what darts to look at. I’ve looked at Mervyn Kings SE and Joe Cullens. I’m sure the color scheme also contributed to me liking them but I’m pretty sure the scallop section isn’t very deep and that is one thing I would like.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
