05 klx 110 running like shit after new OEM carb. HELP

I picked up this 110 off Facebook market and it had some junk Chinese carburetor and it wouldn’t run. I replaced it with OEM carburetor straight from Kawasaki and no matter where I put the air screw. It either idles way too high or bogs out and dies once I twist the throttle. It has a Bbr exhaust with stock air box. Anything helps.
