Create a task to close an app whenever it opens?

Hey y'all! I seem to remember tasker being at lot easier to use before when I used it a couple years ago but now I'm really struggling with it. I'm sick of apps opening the Google play store without my concent every time they play a damn ad. So I thought it'd be relatively easy to make a task that's basically "if Google play is open, close google play" but I can't seem to figure it out at all. There's "if google play *variable*" but I don't know what number constitutes "is open". Also whenever I set it to use the kill app task it says it needs ADB Wifi but all the instructions are for setting that up on your computer, none of them give instructions for setting that up on your phone so I'm totally in the dark.

Note: Please keep in mind I've done very little with tasker before and it seemed very easy at the time so I may need to be walked through like baby.

What would you consider the best mid-game weapons?

I think I'm about at the midpoint of the game (Rank 6) on Switch and tbh I'm getting a bit overwhelmed by how many weapons there are. And they all seem SO similar. I don't really know what makes for a "good" weapon but I both want to improve my strength and learn. I've been trying to push myself away from the Defender weapons but their stats seem superior to most and I just feel overloaded looking at the crafting list. There are just so many weapons that seem virtually identical, give or take a couple points of elemental damage, affinity, or attack.

The only guides I've found have all been very clear "these are end-game guides, we assume you're literally a god-tier master at the game and have cleared every single quest and have 999 of every single item before starting" and uh... 😅 Yeah... no, chances of me ever reaching that point are pretty low lol. But I would like some help where I'm at to break me out of the paralysis of just going glassy-eyed every time I open the forge and just closing it out again. I'd also accept general advice you might have to maybe help me feel like I have a bit better of an idea what I'm looking for when I'm looking at two nearly identical bows or spears.

Edit: To reiterate/clarify since this seems to be confusing a lot of people, I'm not asking what weapon class is the best, i.e. bow vs lance vs dual swords etc. I'm asking for advice on individual weapons like WHICH bows are best, WHICH lances are best and advice on how to distinguish the positives and negatives between them.

Warriors Abyss: Starting without everything unlocked?

So I just got the ultimate Edition of Abyss and besides being ticked off at how much of the dlc it didn't even have, I didn't know that it causes you to start with I think all the characters unlocked. I don't want that. I like progression and unlocking new things as I go. Otherwise kinda what's the point of even playing? Is there a way to restart and unlock things naturally? I just wanted to be ABLE to play as the dlc characters, not to skip the entire game progression. 😢
