So I will randomly get slight headaches that are on such small areas that I could point to them on my head. They move around sometimes but usually stays to the top or back of my head and I won’t have more than one point hurt at a time.

I tried looking it up but no one seems to talk about it so I feel crazy. I posted on the Headache and Migraines subreddit and someone said that they dealt with it bc of hormones???

I just want to know that I’m not crazy T-T

I never know why they start or go away but every time I try to look it up I feel crazy. Please tell me someone has experienced this before and how you got rid of it.
