Quick note I only know this happens on single player and I'm not risking some type of ban just to know if it works online.

So currently whenever I use the throw machanic the other character's attack is stopped and they're thrown, distance doesn't matter nor does it matter if an attack hits or will hit the throw seems to take priority

This is a random thought I just had but the lines of death are on every person or object in some way so does that mean anyone could cut one and it still have the same effect since it should just be like someone with the eyes doing the same thing.

I get how dumb this sounds so I doubt there's any proper answer still I'd like to know what anyone thinks would happen

I've currently unlocked around half the roster and have 34 characters left. I've been doing the method to close down the game and reopen to bypass the 10min timer but it hasn't worked.

I can only think of two things it could be, I need to use a spesific character to unlock the rest or the changes go down to unlock a fighter
