Hello, this newest updates + the addition of Squire Royale brought me back. I haven't played since the steam release.
A few questions:

1. Is there an up-to-date resource for the game? It appears the wiki and most content creators arent really making new-player informational guides pertaining to the newest update (I might just not know where to look). Understandable due to the game constantly evolving. I'd get tired of trying to keep a wiki up-to-date for a game that is still trying to find it's "identity" and making massive changes every other wipe. (where is the gathering hall to hang out and talk to NPCs and what not. I also want to pet otto whenever I want.)

2. More specific, do potion and bandages ever upgrade to common from poor quality from questing? Is there a resource somewhere showing what NPCs upgrade the squire etc?

I love Diablo 4 as it is currently. But learning that progress for War Plans do not transfer to alts really is disheartening War plans are arguably the longest grind in the game, I'm not doing it twice and anyone who does is a true masochist. Couldn't be me. Absolutely unacceptable and indefensible design. Change this immediately.
