Longest run!
My very first ten-miler! Went up to a local marsh instead of my neighborhood, I used so much mental willpower for this, excited to try again next week!

What a cal deficit, walking (which turned into picking up running lol), some dumbbell workouts, & some faith can do!
I remember the first run I did, was extremely out of breath by the end, I think I even walked a little in the middle of it LMAO and thought “I can’t do this, I don’t know if I’ll keep with it.” Well, I ended up keeping with it & this morning I paced 9:36 for 5 miles!!! These two runs were 47 days apart & I run four days out of the week!
Even if it sucks at first, you have to have faith in yourself 🤣
