Is this embedded or an aggregate plan?

I'm trying to understand: is my plan saying that after we pay our individual deductible, that person is fully covered by the out-of-pocket maximum ($7,750), or do we need to hit our family maximum ($15,500) before insurance picks up 100%?

I'm worried about my wife coming to my insurance after she stops working to be a stay-at-home mom and then getting slammed with medical bills when we try for our second.

Hello, I installed two ceiling fan brackets that have the slide-to-size feature to span two joists. I noticed both of them have some flex when pushing down, even though they are all screwed in. The flex seems to be coming from the side that allows it to slide. Should I try again, or is this normal?

Update After taking a tape measure to it, based on suspicion, the joists are about 26" on center, which is why the bracket was wobbly. I sistered in some wood blocks to close the gap a little and make it so the brackets don't need to stretch as far, and it has reduced the wobble.
