What’s the price of life?
Let’s be honest.. you’re working 40 hours, and your wife’s/husbands/partner is working 40 hours. You’re struggling while working full time, you’re taking care of the kids and the house and do not really have enough time for either. Your dog just took something out the trash because he’s upset, as largely he’s evolved to be by your side.
So, with all this being said.. I’d like to end this with three questions:
How does it feel to chase paper more than your dog in your backyard? Or your son on his soccer field after his game.
Would you say life is truly fine, and that the paper chase is all apart of the plan to live a good life? Or would you say that humans should focus more on helping them selves and their peers without the focus of money?
And three, do you seriously believe that supply and demand is enough to put a price on yourself? Your dog? Your sister? Your family? Because ultimately, when you put a price on life, whether it be beef cattle or your car, you just entered a raffle where the value of those things can go higher or lower. How can you put a price on living beings or their creations?
This is meant to spark debate, not to discredit anyone’s way of thinking here.
