I suspected this overload was having issues rather than the compressor that was just changed. Pulled the wires from the contactor so the overload was not connected to anything… it tripped yesterday afternoon. No load, no amperage, nothing. Anyone have this happen before?

My son wants pulled pork for his graduation party and I’d like to do it myself if possible. I’ve smoked singles a handful of times using my pellet smoker, so im confident with one. How much time will it take to do 4 or 5 - 10lb shoulders at once?? Unfortunately because of work obligations, I may only have 16 hours of time to have them ready… and do not want to cut it too close.
