21M in college here. Recently, this guy I’ve known for about a year asked me to go on a “date.” We know each other decently well. I wouldn’t say we’re super close friends, but we regularly send each other memes and reels on Instagram.

A few weeks ago, he asked if ramen was my favorite food, and I said yeah. Then a few days ago, he asked, “Are you staying in town this summer? I’m tryna take you on a little ramen date 😛.”

I’m not in town this summer, so I told him, “I’m not in town this summer, but I’d love to go when school starts back up again.” He replied, “I’ll remind you, don’t worry 😘”

I’ve misread guys just being nice before, so I don’t want to do that again. Do you guys think he likes me?
