Gas tracking for US (or people who use imperial measurements) - oz or what?

Hi - kiwi here and I just want to understand what people track their cooking gas usage in when using imperial (or to be specific U.S. Customary System) measures? For me its 6g per boil for a 355ml thermos i use.

Replacement USB microSD card reader with low profile?

My trusty kingston 2.0 MicroSD card reader finally died leaving a small but important hole in my EDC tech tin. This product is discontinued, and all replacements I can find have the full USB male box around them, making them twice the thickness, and many have a huge lump of plastic at the back for extraction, versus this elegant extension and hole for a paperclip. Sure I'm being obsessive, but that's why we're all here after all.

So hive-mind, where can I source such a small MicroSD reader for USB-A? I'm happy to take a dremel to something which has the other features, but the metal boxes are often sealed at the back of the tongue meaning I can't cut the box without the whole thing collapsing. I'm in Europe so not all shops are available to me, but product serial numbers etc would really help.
