Cable identification needed

So I'm trying to burn some cd's and ofc i only now realize the cable does not fit in my laptop. I know the cable on the left is esata cause it says so on the cable itself. However, i can't seem to figure out what the other end of the cable is.

I need to either find a mystery cable to usb adapter or esata to usb adapter ig. However i am having trouble finding the latter. So I don't know what to do.

I was just trying to be environmentally friendly by buying the burner second hand but I'm afraid I'm stuck buying either an adapter or a different burner at this point. Which will probably be equally costly...

Any insight or advice is greatly appreciated

Can arthritic pain feel like sore and weak muscles?

I've had undiagnosed knee and leg weakness and imbalance for 2 years now. My gp's have been quite dismissive due to my age (18-21) so I'm trying do some more research on conditions that might fit my problems, in hopes of being able to convince my gp to take me more seriously

Can arthritic pain feel like having pulled your muscles? If you did too much, could you have pain all over your legs, as if you did some kind of excessive excercising the day before? I see a lot about pain in the joint itself, but not a lot about the area surrounding the joints
