I cut myself for the first time a couple days ago and yesterday. i want to hide my cuts because of the drama it will cause but i dont know how. The cuts are on the middle front of my thigh and are barely hidden by my shorts and its very hot outside rn. If anyone could help that would be nice.
I cut my thigh a couple times, one even went to styro, a couple nights ago(first sh ever) and i want to again but i dont have a reason TO do it again. It was a rough night and had no outlet other than sh but i feel better now since its a new day and have no excuse. I know i have bad anxiety but it feels like its not the reason why i want to cut myself, and a few nights ago the sh didnt solve anything so i just dont understand why i want to do it again. Im scared of someone finding out (especially my family) except for my friend who also sh's so it's even more of a reason to stop but the overpowering urge is still there. I see people who have very valid excuses to sh but mine feel so trivial, like im a fraud.
