I got this backpack from my grandma attic, I think it sat there for a couple years, but the bag itself might be much older.

The exterior looked perfect but there was a lot of streaks/spots in the inside. I figured it was probably mold given the circumstances, cleaned it with white vinegar and then left it to dry in the sun.

But there's still... Stuff ? Not sure what is, maybe mold, maybe it's just that the bag is old and there's a bunch of marks and small damage that end up looking like this. I'm quite anxious in general and I don't know enough to reach a solid conclusion on my own in this case
