My 9 year old AuDHD son has determined this is the summer of beef. He is completely obsessed with everything beef and watches nothing but videos on how to prepare and cook beef. He told me that he trusts a new friend's parents because "They've had Waygu before so they know good beef. They're good people." He is about to have brisket for the first time and gave me a 10 min presentation on how to make brisket. His ultimate summer goal is to learn how to make Beef Wellington. I've never seen a person more passionate about meat before lol! What kinds of oddly specific things are your kids into this summer?
