I received a receipt today that a post man (LBC Express) visited me but I wasnt home. The supposed letter was from his lwyer but bc I wasn't home it was marked as failed

A few weeks prior, the same lwyer mailed me a copy of a motion to extend deadline of counter affidavit (which, a few days later during preliminary investigation, the Prosecutor rejected). That's how I was able to have his phone number and gmail

This would be the second time he mailed something to me via people mail

The case is now being filed for resolution due to no counter affidavit (this was last May 7, Thursday btw)

I'm currently filing a case against someone for r@pe and other charges. To ease my nerves I mostly or always watch court related sentencings and law related videos. The thing is, most of these videos are from USA and I know that the process or sentencing or ruling is always different

I really really want to watch Filipino versions of these but I can't find any that isn't related to politicians.

The problem is, my subdivision is quite small and there is no way to go to my house without crossing past his house. Sometimes I would see him and sometimes he would see me. I always get extreme anxiety going past his house

I really don't want to relocate again, especially since I have a contract with the landlord. He, on the other hand, simply lives with his mom

Is there a way to kick him out??
