Vivint outdoor camera bridge

My camera stopped communicating to the hub and now the little light under camera on the bridge is red. The other lights are white. What do I do to fix this?

[Feature Request] Add local app access

So I have guests that stay pretty frequently and I want them to have access to the Vivint panel/app only while they are here. I know you can set times in the app for when users have access but having it so that they can only access it on their phones when they are on our wifi would be great so that when they arrive they can look in on their phones without me having to go in and change the setting Everytime. I think this could be done by having a special password on the panel and then entering that on the app when connected to the wifi.

Smart hub pro Gen 2

Hi I got the new hub and it's bugging out really bad. I've restarted it a few times now but it's still bugging out. Every time I arm the system it takes like 7 seconds for it to register before actually arming and then when I try to view cameras or events it lags out very badly. Is this a known issue?

Package stuck on Accepted for 5 almost 6 days now

I ordered something off of eBay to get shipped to my home in Sacramento CA. It hasn't moved and it looks to me like it never even left the sellers post office. Is this normal? Its set to be delivered tomorrow but I've never seen this before in my years of purchasing and selling on ebay.

Got a D2D Sales agent earlier today asking if I wanted a Vivint system. Little did they know i already have vivints. So do sales people not know when customers already have a system?? Why did they act as if I didn't have a system?
