Will be there end of July and need reccos for areas to stay, things to see, restaurants, shopping, etc.

What has happened with this airline?? My last few experiences have been horrible; riddled with unnecessary delays, unnecessary forcing of checking bags when sizes are ok and overhead bin space is abundant, rude gate agents and staff, old airplanes that need upgrades, plane technology that doesn’t work properly, etc. And their customer service just doesn’t seem to care about it. After my most recent experience last week, I’ve decided I’m no longer going to fly on this airline again.
